A group buy is similar to a kickstarter. Funds for a project are collected, sent to the manufacturer, a completed product is sent to vendors, before finally being distributed. Depending on the product in question, a group buy may last anywhere from a month to a year from start to completion.
Group buys orders that fail to meet MOQ (minimum order quantity) will be refunded with no penalty.
Group buy orders cannot be cancelled. Under extenuating circumstances, should a cancellation be granted, cancelled orders are subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
